Cylinder Heads

PolyDyn employs several of its unique coatings for cylinder heads. We apply PolyDyn Performance Ceramic Coating to the combustion chamber and valve faces. This protects the metal surfaces from heat saturation and keeps more heat in the combustion chamber, thus allowing for more efficient flame travel and ultimately more power.

Additionally, we apply PolyDyn Performance Oil-Shedding Coating to the intake port to increase air flow. The coating reduces friction and wind resistance so more air is drawn into the combustion chamber, which results in better fuel mixture and more power.
